Smock off

Not much to offer you by way of charity shop finds lately, ‘cos I’m still on the getting-rid-of-things kick and self-limiting my browsing activities, but this Toast smock-top did catch my eye: £6 from (I think) a Mind shop near Highgate tube station. Annoyingly, it has a small hole in a noticeable place down the front, which irritates me no end, and it was a bit frumpy ’70s-mum once on, so I gave it to C. Who is also preparing to move house and get rid of vast collections of Usual Shopping, but that’s another story altogether which may be followed up at a later date… She promptly swapped me back on a one-in-one-out with a Clements Ribeiro tunic I’d given her a few years ago – and which I was pleased to have back. Oh, and a small thing, but my mother re-gifted a purse [below] to me, an unwanted present from her German pen-friend. The net effect still continues to be positive on the decluttering/minimalisation, nonetheless.
