So we managed to squeeze in a final swap-o-rama this year although it was quite a quiet and subdued one. Hosting at a (very nice) house in the suburbs, necessitating some of us driving there, may have had something to do with this: little alcohol was consumed… We may also have reached a slight swap-fatigue for a while, as some rather familiar items made re-appearances with not a lot of new input. That said, I was happy to welcome several things back (not pictured), and to take a few items for absentees, and it’s always pleasing to pass things on to new homes. New-to-me this time around: not much, but a black woollen scarf and little retro apron (always useful – thanks, Tamsin!) and a rather intriguing grey Muji cardigan which is completely symmetrical, with buttons on both sides (thanks, Sue!). Came back with less than I went out with, which was the main thing.
