Nondescript neutrals

small0750Two items (originally) from Reiss found in a week: firstly, the Indian-print shirt (see previous post) on the Saturday, then this silky blouse for me on the Sunday, £3 from a car boot sale in Stoke Newington. Not quite sure about the colour; have worn it, partnered with an ankle-length black skirt, for a works summer party, and came to the conclusion (after much Pimms and wine on a sunny afternoon on the terrace outside Somerset House) that it was just a bit too beige-y and billowy. Other finds around that time (I know this is an overdue catch-up) from a jumble sale in Ringmer: nondescript but useful black shirts, an East striped top (too middle-aged) and a fun black/camel woollen scarf/wrap/big poncho-thing for upcoming festival duties, which has the advantage over the Fjallraven cape in that it is machine-washable.
