Two finds on a sunny Sunday’s cycle-touring. Black Levi’s cowboy shirt with nice detailing around the pockets and press-stud fastenings (one popper-section missing, but at the neck where I won’t do it up, so it won’t matter); 50p from the Brighton Marina car boot sale. Navy blue linen dress with gathered neckline and dropped waist, £4 from a charity shop further along the coastline at Rottingdean. Charity shops, open Sundays: what a marvellous idea. Sadly, the dress has proved to be exceedingly unflattering over my hips, but never mind.
