A very odd selection, from Balcombe and Lindfield jumble sales, of which the floaty Indian dress is probably the most wearable. The pair of very bizarre white shorts with buttons – to be worn with braces – work surprisingly well over a pair of black tights (though not for me: they demand someone both younger and more adventurous); the Fifties-ish blue print tunic is quite simple in shape; the two blouses have potential, but the most outlandish item of all is the pair of brown knee-length knickerbockers. No, I don’t dare, but I can find a girl who will. Eighties retro ahoy!
